“Bought a bike at a different Harley Dealership, went today to pick up my plates and all the sales staff acted like they didn't even know me after being told I was "part of the family"; pretty disappointed with them. We stopped by North Cascades Harley Davidson last week looking for a helmet for my wife (she has a tiny head), they didn't have anything that fit her, but they were super helpful. We stopped by again today because my brother wanted to go where everyone remembered us and when we were there last time, they asked if we figured out our problem and everything. Everyone there is awesome. I was happy with the deal I got at the other dealership, but after they had my money, the relationship was over. I wanted to support them but NC has won me over, they're my dealer from here out.”

“Well-staffed, friendly and ready to outfit your every need. Clean, well laid-out retail and show room areas , customer washrooms. They even have lockers for your riding wear in the Service Department while you wait for service. Excellent, well stocked waiting area includes tables, chairs, huge screen TV, free drinks (soda, PowerAde, water) free popcorn and a box fresh donuts. A great experience.”

“Life savers!! We were riding in clear lake area and my front end started to wobble. We stopped, looked it over and called North Cascade Harley. They said they were busy but bring it in. After getting there, Tony Bravo immediately took our bike to the back. We were greeted with smiles and treated like family. 15 minutes later we were told the rear barring needs replaced and the part would be there the next day. Without even asking the van was out front and we were given a ride to Bellingham. Being as busy as they were they still made us a priority. I believe they do the best they can and when riding Harley Davidsons you run into all kinds of problems, but I believe the folks here really care and we'll keep coming back!”

“I can't say enough wonderful things about this dealership. My husband and I are on a cross country trip from New York and I called to ask if they could do a service short notice. Jeff (who turned out to be the owner) at first said no because they're all booked but as soon as I said we were travelling from out of town, he immediately said no problem, they'll make it happen the next day. Not only did they perform my service last minute but they found several wear and tear issues that they repaired for me. Rudy the service manager contacted me several times throughout the day to keep me posted. They ended up having my bike all day to work on it and I'm so grateful they dedicated the time and energy to us as travelers. Even the kid who washed my bike did an amazing job (my bike had 5,500 miles of filth, bugs and grime from riding up north to Yellowknife. He made my baby shine and sparkle again!). Thank you all!”
